Frequently asked questions
How much does the conversation cost?
Three minutes a day are free. After that, every 30 seconds costs AI credits. The rate is shown on the page before you begin. Time runs only while the conversation is open and ends after ten minutes at the latest.
Why is my microphone off while AI is speaking?
This prevents your device's speaker from feeding the answer back as a new question (echo). Once the answer ends, AI listens again. To speak sooner, tap “Interrupt”.
How do I know the answer is correct?
Before each answer, AI finds the relevant passages in the document and names the page. In the transcript below the conversation, you can tap the page and read it. If something is not in the document, AI tells you.
Is my file or voice saved?
Your file is stored on our server during the conversation, as with “Chat with PDF”, and deleted after 60 minutes of inactivity. Your voice goes directly from your browser to the AI service (OpenAI) and is not retained there after processing. We only retain that a conversation took place and how long it lasted.
Which devices work?
Any current browser with a microphone, on a computer or phone. Headphones help prevent echo but are not required. If your browser does not allow microphone access, use “Chat with PDF” and type your question.
