Crop PDF

Draw a frame around the area you want to keep and crop the rest: wide margins, scan edges, or notes in the margins. Apply it to all pages or just one.

No upload. Your file stays on your device - processing runs directly in your browser, and nothing is transferred to a server.

In three steps: Crop PDF

  1. Select a PDF file or drop it here with Drag & Drop.
  2. Drag the corner handles so the frame covers the area you want; you can also move the entire frame.
  3. Save the cropped PDF (a new file is created). Cropping deletes nothing: content outside the frame remains in the file; use “Redact PDF” for confidential content.

Frequently asked questions

Is the cropped content really removed?

It is no longer displayed or printed: we set the page margins (MediaBox and CropBox) to the selected area. Content outside it technically remains in the file. To make something unreadable, use redaction, not cropping.

How do I crop all pages the same way?

With “All pages the same”, the frame is applied proportionally to every page, even landscape pages. With “This page only”, the rest remains unchanged.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Cropping runs entirely in your browser.
