Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally valid electronic signature?
No. This tool places a visible signature image on the page, like a signature on paper. It does not create a certificate or a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS. This is enough for many everyday cases (confirmations, forms, quotes); for contracts requiring a specific form, you need a signature service.
How do I create my signature?
There are three ways: draw it with a mouse or finger, type your name in a script font, or upload a photo of your signature. The background becomes transparent, so the signature appears over the text rather than in a white box.
Can I place the signature on multiple pages?
Yes. Select “All pages” or “Last page only”. Your signature will appear in the same position on every page. You can also add today's date below it.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Signing happens entirely in your browser. Neither the PDF nor your signature leaves your device.
