Processing on our server - file remains for the session
Your file stays on our server for editing during the session. It is automatically deleted after 60 minutes of inactivity - the “Done” button deletes it immediately.
Good to know: A PDF is a finished print without text reflow. You can easily change words, numbers, and lines, but if a paragraph gets much longer, the rest does not shift automatically. For larger changes, convert the file with PDF to Word and continue editing there. The editor suggests this when space gets tight.
In three steps: Fill PDF
- Drop the form as a PDF.
- Click and type in fields, check boxes, and sign if needed.
- Download: fillable or permanently flattened.
Frequently asked questions
My form has no clickable fields. Can I still use it?
Yes. Use “Add text” to place your information in the right spot; you can adjust the font and size. Use “Field” to make the form permanently fillable, for example for others.
Will my entries stay in the file?
Yes. When downloading, choose between a PDF that remains fillable and a fixed copy where entries are part of the page and can no longer be changed.
Can I sign it?
Yes, with the “Signature” tool: draw, type, or upload an image of your signature and place it where needed. This is a visual signature, not a certificate-based digital signature.
Is my file uploaded?
Yes, as with “Edit PDF”: the file is kept in its own folder on our server while you edit it and deleted afterward.
